Pickle Filling Machine

We offer a wide range of Pickle filling machines including the Loadcell based weigh metric filler and Piston based volumetric filling machines.

Load cell-based, Auto-speed adjustable machines are used for grated pickles like Jam, Chundo, and Chutney. Whereas the volumetric piston fillers are used for pickles with high viscosity and containing small pieces of mango, lemon, carrot, etc.

A special stirrer mechanism ensures that the product is not segregated in the hopper before filling. A pneumatically controlled value that operates in tandem with the filling helps to reduce dribbing of the product.

The machine can be operated in Auto mode or via a footswitch.
